Rolling out the course or training to the learners. It can involve delivering the content through various methods such as classroom instruction, online modules, or blended learning.

Evaluate

The effectiveness of the learning experience is assessed in this phase. Did the learners achieve the intended outcomes? Was the learning engaging and relevant? Evaluation helps identify areas for improvement.
