  1. Define the role of change management and distinguish between organizational, structural, and cultural change.

  2. Apply a recognized change model (e.g., Kotter's 8 Steps) to structure and sequence a change initiative.

  3. Utilize tools to assess organizational readiness and identify potential areas of resistance prior to implementation.

  4. Develop a stakeholder analysis and communication plan tailored to address diverse concerns and build consensus.

  5. Apply the ADKAR Model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) to manage individual transitions effectively.

  3. Identifying Sources and Types of Resistance

  4. Creating Urgency and Building a Guiding Coalition (Kotter Steps 1 & 2)


Module 3 (120 min): Managing the Human Side

  1. The Individual Change Journey: Understanding the Change Curve

  2. Applying the ADKAR Model for Individual Transition Management

  3. Developing High-Impact Communication Strategies (Kotter Steps 3, 4, & 5)

  4. Techniques for Proactively Handling Resistance and Conflict
